TETFUND Team To Visit UNN

Enugu- The Tertiary Education Trust Fund Team
(TETFUND), will, on Wednesday, visit University of Nigeria, Nsukka to
create awareness about its activities, guidelines and procedures for accessing
Intervention funds.
According to a Statement by Chairman
TETFund Committee and Desk Officer Prof.
Anene, B. M. and published on the University website, the seven-man TETFUND team
will meet with members of University staff at the Princess Alexandra
Auditorium (PAA) of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Campus.
Tertiary
Education Trust Fund (TETFund) is a body established as an intervention
agency under the TETFund ACT and charged with the responsibility for managing,
disbursing and monitoring the education tax to public tertiary institutions in
Nigeria.
It will be
recalled that the Tertiary Education Trust Fund, (TETFund) had, in February
this year, officially commenced the disbursement of N213, 418,124, 493.75 to
kick-start the Fund’s 2017 Intervention activities in the nation’s Public
Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education.

SENSITIZATION/AWARENESS VISIT BY TETFUND TEAM TO UNIVERSITY
OF NIGERIA, NSUKKA
A seven-member team from TETFund will be visiting our
University essentially to create awareness about TETFund activities, guidelines
and procedures for accessing Intervention funds. This meeting is crucial for
staff as it will afford you the opportunity to interact with officers from
TETFund and get all the required information about the Funds activities and how
to access them seamlessly.
