By Ugwu, Chinagorom Joseph Enugu- The University of Nigeria, Nsukka has introduced students’ course Evaluation platform as the basis for lecturers’ Promotions.          Students’ Course Evaluation is a platform to measure the teaching effectiveness of lecturers to effect quality teaching and learning in higher institutions.        Nagorom@info gathered that University Students are required to rate lecturers of different courses offered in the previous semester to be able to view their results online. Students, it was gathered, are required to rate each lecturer by either clicking Poor, Below Average, Average, Very Good or Excellent to twenty questions. Some of the questions are Lecturer’s punctuality to class, regularity to class, relationship with the class, delivery of lectures.
