UNN To Hold Elections
By Ugwu, Chinagorom Joseph Enugu- Following the expiration of tenures of her current Executives, the Faculty of Arts Students’ Association (FASA) of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka will, on Friday, June 16, 2017, hold her Elections for the election of her New Executives. In a Circular, signed by the Chairman and Secretary of Faculty of Arts Electoral Commission (FECO), an electoral body of the Students’ Union, only the qualified Aspirants who were successfully screened by the electoral body are to commence electioneering campaigns in the Faculty while also urging them to desist from pasting posters and bills on unauthorized places. The Electoral umpire, however, warned that defaulters of this order would be disqualified before the election adding that campaigns would end at 2pm on Thursday, June, 15, being the manifesto day at the Faculty of Arts Lecture Theatre. ...
